Coin Mech Issue

I have a soda machine that vends fine but all the quarters go right into the bucket and none refill the coin mech like they are supposed to. It's a TRC6800H.

ondeckdean,
Checking in the MEI (Mars) manual for you coin mech it says that if switch #3 in the option switches is set to low (on) then it will save only 6 quarters. If you set that to high (off) it should save 69 quarters (a full tube). The manual is available for free right here on our site at http://www.vending-la.com/book/mei-mars-trc-6800-h-install-manual
If that doesn't help then I would probably have my coin mech checked out at a repair facility.
